Prices and Availability

Our products are offered subject to availability.  If for any reason we cannot supply with any part of of your order we will contact you via email or phone to advise you.  We may need to cancel or refund the item from your order, in which case the funds will be placed back to your payment method.

Prices are subject to change without notice.  3DPrints4me reserves the right to refuse any order, at our sole discretion.  However if we do refuse your order, we may tell you our reasons.

  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from https://3DPrints4me.com for commercial purposes.  Posting images to social networks or other shared media for non-commercial purposes is allowed.

Shipping

3DPrints4me is not responsible for delays outside our control.  If our supply of the Products any any related services is delayed by an event out side our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will takes steps to minimize the effect of the delay.  Provided we do this we will not be liable for any delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to receive a refund for any products that you have paid for but have not received.

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to:
  • Terminate you account
  • Delete your account and any of your content
  • Restrict your use of all or any part of the Site
  • Modify or discontinue the Site (or any part of the Site), for any reason, without notice, and without liability to you or anyone else.  We also reserve the right to block users from certain IP addresses or device numbers and prevent access to the Site.  These Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect even after your account is terminated and the termination does not relieve you of any obligations to pay any fees or costs accrued prior to termination and any other amounts owed by you to us.  Upon termination, the license provided in these Terms and Conditions to you shall automatically end and we reserve the right to delete all of your information and data stored on our servers.
